Faithful Friends Animal Hospital — Messaging Terms & Conditions

Mobile Messaging Service. Faithful Friends Animal Hospital offers an SMS messaging service to provide appointment confirmations, pet health reminders, missed-call text-back assistance, prescription notifications, and service feedback (review) requests.

Opt-In & Consent. By providing your mobile number — via our website, during phone scheduling, or upon physical clinic intake — you agree to receive automated and conversational text messages from Faithful Friends Animal Hospital. Consent is not a condition of purchase or veterinary care.

Message Frequency & Rates. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our clinic. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out & Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon sending "STOP", we will send a one-time confirmation SMS verifying your unsubscribe request, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless re-initiated.

Support & Help. If you experience issues with messaging, reply with the keyword "HELP" or reach out directly to our clinic staff at 239-324-4999.

Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
